What can I expect from my sessions?
Individual sessions last for 50 minutes. We typically meet once a week at the same day and time, although we can discuss a frequency that best supports your current needs and goals.
Is our work together confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is fundamental to the counselling relationship. Everything we discuss is kept strictly private. I adhere to the ethical framework of my professional bodies which includes very specific legal and ethical exceptions related to safety.
What are your professional fees?
Counselling sessions are charged at £50 per 50-minute appointment. Payment is traditionally made via bank transfer on or before the day of your session. I also offer a free initial 20-minute consultation to help you decide if I'm the right fit for you.
Can I see you online or in-person?
I provide both options to ensure care is accessible. In-person sessions take place at Dialogue and Space in Edinburgh (EH7 5QZ). Alternatively, I offer secure online video sessions via Zoom, which may be more convenient for your schedule or circumstances.
